Assistant Site Manager - Nationwide

Our client are a Commercial Office Fit Out contractor based in the North West of England. One of the leading contractors in their sector they will work on projects up to £10m although the average job value would range between £250k and £1.5m.

As a number 2 on site you will be paired with one of our clients Senior Site Managers and work alongside them understanding the processes and how our client like their sites run.

With a clear progression plan they would be looking at promoting you to a stand alone Site Manager within 18 to 24 months of your time with the business.

The successful candidate can come from either a trade or construction degree route.

You must have:
CSCS Card
SMSTS or SSSTS, and
First Aid

You must be based in the North West so you can commute to the office when you are not on site and the projects will be Nationwide so you must be prepared to work away from home.
